Good practice objective, aim, context
H-CARE was a 30 months EU funded project which addressed specific target audience. The target audience of the project has been defined as Unemployed graduate adults (18+) who have obtained up to date and innovative knowledge, skills and competencies for the innovative job core profile; Current employees in Health Care & Sales establishments who have enhanced their career development; VET training centres who have enriched their training offer with the accredited new VET training programme for assistive technologies and food supplements salespersons and trade companies (SMEs) in the field of Sales of Health Care and Food Supplements who have the ability to re-train their personnel upon contemporary H-CARE training course.

Actors and target group
Direct learners:
Unemployed graduate adults (18+) who are seeking employment in the Health Care and Food Supplements sectors;
Current employees at aforementioned sectors who would like to increase their sales skills and competitiveness;
Beneficiaries involved:
VET trainers and VET training centres;
Trade companies (SMEs) in the field of Health Care.

Methodological approach
The project will tackle motivational issues of the unemployed, will contribute to their self-employment by becoming new entrepreneurs, and will create the conditions to increase the success rate of start-up companies. It will allow entrepreneurs to implement a European approach from the moment of development of their business ideas, to integrate training institutions with the enterprise environment, to design and apply a valorisation plan that will generate a European dimension for the developed model.

Results
The acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies has been validated by dedicated control tools based on the EQAVET indicators. The results from the piloting phase are structured and presented in details in consolidated piloting report where the feedback is thoroughly analysed and taken into account for the final refinement of the project results.

Impact
The impact on unemployed graduate adults (18+) who are seeking employment is immediately envisaged and reflect not only on enhancement of their knowledge and skills but also influence the level of services at the companies where they are employed;
For unemployed people who would like to work at Health Care sales establishments the H-CARE project provides required knowledge, skills and competencies and increase the level of their competitiveness on the labour market.
VET training centers benefit by using free of charge training resources in the field of Health Care and Food Supplements sales.
For Trade companies (SMEs) in the field of Health Care – H-CARE training materials have trained more competent employees who work or could work in their establishments and/or increase the performance sales level of their current employees.

Conclusions
The Health Care sales sector which is the core of the H-CARE project by its nature does not allow discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation which is also a well-known LLP horizontal policy.
