RELESE project is being developed under Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation program. The goal of the RELESE project is to contribute to the re-integration of socially vulnerable group of unemployed people into the labour market by enhancing their entrepreneurship skills and competencies.
The project focuses on the needs of those who dropped out of labour market and would like to return to it by starting their own business but do not have necessary skills and know-how. It is the fear of unemployment and changes brought about in today's labour market that inspire them to look for new paths to find a new work place or, rather, to create their own.

Methodological approach
The project will tackle motivational issues of the unemployed, will contribute to their self-employment by becoming new entrepreneurs, and will create the conditions to increase the success rate of start-up companies. It will allow entrepreneurs to implement a European approach from the moment of development of their business ideas, to integrate training institutions with the enterprise environment, to design and apply a valorisation plan that will generate a European dimension for the developed model.

Results
The outcomes that will be reached:
  • identification of the specific needs of the target group
  • transferred, translated and adapted blended training course
  • E-learning platform including virtual enterprise simulations and case studies
  • training and tutoring for the groups of learners
  • business plans launched by learners and evaluated by mentors

Impact
The project's valorisation activities will provide a further geographic coverage and expand the project results to entrepreneurs from other areas. It is thus expected that in the long term, by growing a number of involved organizations in different countries, it will be possible to reach future entrepreneurs across Europe and support creation of new companies.
